Last year we have bought a nice apartment in El Cotillo Fuerteventura, the name of Dolphin Furnishing was found in Internet, but also recommended by our Agent. Not living on the Island the thought of furnishing and decorating the apartment seemed an harrowing task. But then Janet and Steven came to our rescue and patiently showed and advised us on the furniture and helped us with a colour scheme. When we finally saw the apartment on completion we were absolutely delighted by everything. We also appreciated Janet and Steven for their friendliness, kindness and their versatility in providing (precious) services not strictly connected with the furnishing such as decoration, tiling, electrical connections and other. We are absolutely delighted at the service Jan & Steve provided in furnishing and fitting out our new apartment for us.
We chose the basic colour scheme for the rooms and the furniture (from photographs) and left the rest to them.
They provided everything we needed from the extremely well coordinated furnishings, fixtures, fittings, ornaments etc down to the pots, pans and cutlery and they kept us regularly informed on progress.
We were most impressed with the photos Jan sent to us before our first visit but nothing prepared us for the impact of seeing it in person………..we were delighted with what we saw. We have a beautiful apartment to enjoy all thanks to Jan & Steve.
We found them to be very friendly, trustworthy, and reliable and they were always available to help.

We recently purchased a bungalow in Fuertventura, we were given Jan and Steve's name by our estate agent.
The thought of having to trail round shops in town did not appeal to us. Jan showed us around a few properties that she had furnished, we were very inpressed in what she had done.
Back home in Scotland we used the internet to communicate with Jan. We gave her our colour scheme, picked our furniture and she did the rest.
We did not want to see the pictures of the bungalow, we wanted to wait until we came over to Fuertventura in September 2008.
When we opened the door, we were delighted, she had done a wonderful job, the bungalow was lovely.
She has a great eye with colours and her choice of furnishings were spot on.

We wish to express how delighted we are with the refurbishment work carried
out by Dolphin Furnishing Fuerteventura.
We knew that the work to be carried out was a challenge to Janet and Stephen.
It was a lot more complicated than just the normal furnishings associated with
a new property.
The Villa we purchased was a resale and very dated. A lot of headaches lay
in store for Janet and Stephen but we trusted them totally and the end result
is absolutely amazing!!!!
Dolphin Furnishing had already furnished our townhouse in the Atlan Complex in

'What can we say about Jan and Steve? We gave them the task of making our dream home a palace, all online and without ever meeting them...boy did they deliver!
Not only had they the house totally liveable for us on our first visit after purchasing, but they visited us on a few occasions during our stay to ensure we had nothing to do.
They are now managing the property for us and continue to be both professional and a down to earth friendly couple.
We would recommend that you forget the rest and use the best if you are buying in Fuerteventura!

When you said that you wanted us to see the house without seeing any pictures beforehand, we realised that you must have been pleased with the end result, but 'wow', we were so taken aback at what we saw; moving from room to room, each one so beautifully furnished and colour co-ordinated - a class act.

In April 2007, we decided to purchase a ‘show house’ 2 bed apartment in Calete de Fueste. After completion of sale in July 2007 and on further investigations we realised that the quality of furnishings and décor did not come up to our required standard
We engaged Janet & Steve from Dolphin Furnishings to prepare the apartment for our own personal usage.
Janet carried out a full survey of the property and submitted a detailed quotation for the works and the furnishings and dressings required. In August we agreed to proceed with Janet’s proposal. A simple deposit for the works was transferred to the Dolphin bank account and the work began.
Steve commenced work painting the apartment and bringing the general areas up to scratch, then Janet took over with her flair for interior design showing through, she consulted with us about colour schemes and only proceeded after our agreement. We were sent photos to show how the apartment was looking.
A further stage payment was made before we visited in October 2007 when we made the final outstanding payment to Dolphin Furnishings. The final result was more than we expected the colourful co-ordination of bed coverings with towels, pictures, ornaments, head boards etc. exceeded our highest expectations. In addition to all this we had both Janet and Steve welcome us on our day of arrival and take us through everything.
Both Steve and Janet assisted us with getting our electricity and water set up, where others who had been paid to do it and let us down Steve and Janet were there to pick up the pieces and assist us.
We then decided we needed somebody to look after the place for us while we were back home in Ireland. We have a rather large extended family and a wide circle of friends who have all decided they want to borrow our apartment for holidays and short breaks. Problems like how do we get keys to these people, what about linen and towel changes, watering the cacti plants, etc. all came to mind so we discussed these with Janet what options were available to us. Result Dolphin Furnishings would hold our keys, do laundry changes for us, they even offered meet and greet services and packs for any of our family and friends for a very reasonable fee.
We must say that we no longer consider Steve and Janet business partners, we now also consider them friends, and as such would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as Interior Design Decoration and or Property Managers.

We purchased a two bedroom apartment in Residencial Esmeralda Caleta de Fuste and employed Dolphin Furnishing to decorate our apartment as we reside in Ireland. We met with Jan and Steve and explained to them exactly how we wanted to furnish the apartment ie colour schemes and furniture.
They were excellent in keeping contact with us via email they posted materials and clippings of furniture. When we approved and finalized items they started work and were completed on the date they told us they would be.
We returned to Fuerteventura and were more than happy with the furnishing and decorating of the apartment. There was nothing that we would have changed. We felt that they knew our personalities just by the way they finished the aprtment down to minor details.
