GENUINE OWNERS AND GUESTS COMMENTS REGARDING OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES Here we are back at the office on a drizzly day. Just to say we had a fabulous time at Villa Graciosa it was such a lovely villa and suited our requirements perfectly as we to tend to spend a lot of time around the villa and we ate on the outside terrace every evening. We did have a roller coaster day on the day we were supposed to fly out. It was touch and go to the very last minute that we would actually make it. Anyway we finally arrived at Villa Graciosa around midnight and poor Steve from Dolphin property Management was there to greet us hand over keys etc etc. He had very kindly got us some basic shopping so we were outside on the terrace eating cheese sandwhiches and having a glass of wine after midnight. So just to say thank you very much for the use of your villa must admit we did not see another villa that looked as nice. Hope to return sometime. Liz and Tim Grisdale April 2010. Jan and Steve from Dolphin Property Management have been our Management Company for our three bedroom Villa on Fuerteventura Golf Course for three years now. I would highly recommend them and their Company as Property Managers. They are always 100% professional in all their dealings both with us and our guests. Being thousands of miles away you need someone you can trust and Jan and Steve are always there at the end of the phone or email ready to help in anyway they can and sort out any problems that may arise.Jan and Steve and their team have never let us down and have always given us the highest care and attention to our villa and our guests and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. A very good place to be if you are after a relaxing sunshine holiday apartment was spotless and very comfortable customer service was excellent any problems or information needed was never more than minutes away. The Management Company in resort are very helpful and are usaually around most mornings or are contactable by phone. Sept 6 2009.
